             PAYMENT POLICY

It is our policy to request payment in full at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.

If you are unable to be in attendance at your appointment, you must make payment arrangements with the Coastal Equine office prior to your appointment.

There is a $35 returned check processing fee for all returned checks.

You may elect to provide credit card authorization.  With credit card authorization, you give permission for Coastal Equine to use your credit card as payment for services.

Additionally, for your convenience, we offer an auto pay program.  With auto pay, we will automatically charge your credit card whenever services are provided.  We will always send you a copy of your itemized invoice.
